Seed stitch slipper

                             Seed (popcorn) Stitch Slippers

This is my favorite slipper pattern.  I use Bernat Blanket yarn because it is soft and warm and lasts a long time.  You can use regular yarn, you will  have to adjust the pattern to make it  bigger because of the size difference of the yarns.

Seed (popcorn) stitch slippers

Special note on sizing: this pattern is for a size 6.5 foot.  Increase at row 9 for a wider slipper and repeat r13 & 14 to desired length.

R1: 10 sc's in ring. slip stitch in beginning chain to join, ch 1 and turn. (10)

Repeat rows 13 and 14 till desired length.
Fold right sides together and ss through stitches of last row. Fasten off and weave in end.
Increase at R9 by 2 sc's for a wider slipper.

CUFF:
Join yarn at back of slipper and sc around. Be careful, you will have sc's on one side and
tr's on other side. Sc at base of tr's, not in the tr. Join, ch 1, turn.
1 sc in first, 1 tr in next. Repeat. Join, ch 1, turn.
Fasten off and weave in end.
I repeat twice, but you can make your cuff taller.
